Make sure your about 5-10 min early for the interview. You have to walk up to the register and tell them that you are here for an interview. They will make you sign a sheet, and when everyone signs in, they will make you go to a less noisier place (like the food court). Then they will ask one "ice breaker" question (for us it was, "how was your weekend"). Try to maintain good eye contact with the interviewer, volunteer to answer first, and be as charming and polite as you can. You should answer first because what usually happens in group interviews is people tend to copy answers. Hope this helps :) xx
