Screening call, zoom interview, in-person interviews/campus tour. All was going well and good communication until after my in-person tour. I was told I would hear back within 2 weeks, and when the time passed I followed up. I heard nothing and emailed my recruiter a second follow-up. I did not hear anything for a full month and when I did I received their generic "going with other candidates" message.
