The interview itself was really very simple, and the manager seemed really very nice. The interview took place outside of the store and at first none if the candidates realized that it was a group interview, so it was awkward at first. They asked a few questions for sales and different ones for the models. I didn't get a call back, but my sister did and we are extremely different in our appearance. I dressed in heels and a ton of make up and bleached blonde hair and more conservative, and my sister went to her interview very relaxed. She wore sandals and a strapless loose fitted dress. Her hair isn't dyed and looks "touchable" from what they said. She also wore no make up and at the orientation they said that even eyeliner isn't allowed.
