It was a group interview at the mall. A recruiter takes a group of you at the mall and sits you down in a public place, makes sure that you're wearing the clothes and fit the image that is in line with what Abercrombie and Fitch represents. They then ask what position you're applying for, whether it is impact (work in back room and inventory) or be a model (front room sales associate and cashier).

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
