It's a group interview in the mall with one manager maybe two (usually a store manager and regular manager) with 3-5 applicants: you get asked pretty basic questions. The interview itself is very simple but I think the main point is to see how you interact with others and if you'll fit in with the other employees. My store had a great crew with great chemistry these people coming to work lots of fun and ensured we gave customers a top notch experience.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.
