Got recruited by an employee and asked if I wanted to work there. They gave me a link to a website to apply and then got called a few days later. The manager invited me to a group interview with 3 other people. Each person was asked a few questions one by one. After the interview we were told we would receive a call to see if we were hired. I received a call by the end of that week from the manager and was asked if I wanted to work there. So I basically was hired.
