Entrevista
They came to the career fair and if you made a good impression they invited you to an on-campus 30 min interview. Next was a business case interview over the phone based on a slide deck they give you a few days in advance. After that, you get invited to a 2-day final round at their home office in Columbus.

Entrevista
Applied online then got an email asking me to complete a numerical reasoning assessment and an online interview (similar to HireVue). Then got invited to do two 30-minute back to back interviews about a week after that (one HR, one with a member on the team you apply for). A few hours after that I got a text and call from my HR representative inviting me to the final round of interviews, but I haven't completed that yet.

Pretty smooth with interviews, superdays, and assessment. You get a very comprehensive overview of the program as well as culture at Abercrombie and Fitch. They make sure to find the ideal candidate that would thrive in a place like AF and the Columbus OH in general.
