I was asked by the manager if i would be interested in working there because he said he liked "my look" and he thought i would fit in with the brand image. I filled out an application in the store on their computer. I got to pick what day and the times were the same (4pm) for both days. I showed up and there were only a few other people in my group. they asked us weird questions. basically just to see how your personality is and how outgoing you are. there also were a few questions about diversity.

It was very direct pretty easy I felt very prepared and didn’t feel very nervous I wondered if I was asking the right question. I felt happy about it and you shouldn’t feel worried
