well. i saw the ad on craigslist. said they need managers. . i went to local store . i waited 30 minutes just to speak with a store manager. first thing he asked was did i have a degree. filled out an application online at the store. It took a week to get a call back. the interview was one on one with store manager. i arrive on time waited 30 minutes on the manager. interview as pretty straight forward. most on questions see posted on this site are the ones he asked. Manager explained the job, interview process, etc. I had done a littel research and i new my chances were slim since i am heavy set and i cant wear the brand. if you dont have " the look" you will not get the jobs. no way around it. he told me if i dont hear back within one week that means they moved on. advice - make some kind of conection with interviewer.and have : the look"
