Very easy. Applied in-store and got a call back. I went in and had an interview in the store and then got a call that I got the job. Not much else to say but being personable will get you the job!

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
