Entrevista
The Interview was scheduled at 4 PM but actual interview started at 6 PM. HR explained me the policies the firm had which I found irrational. They asked for a commitment period of 2 years without which they wont give experience letter and also retain my salary which again I did not agree. Their work lacked innovation in design.

The interview was good the senior architect explained me everything in detail of how the company works as well as how the architecture job works overall the interview was good and easy but by reading reviews everywhere I'm worried is it even good or not yes and they also told a lot about their 2 year contract

Round one HR discussion round two discussion with senior architect..in round one all basic questions related to education employment are asked..in round two portfolio is reviewed to understand the working standards

Firstly, they give their company's policies manual. after that you had HR round. if you are ok with that policies then only you select for second round. which conduct by senior architect.
