Recruiter phone interview followed up by a phone interview with the Director of Sales. I was told I would be getting a call to set up a F2F interview. I got the call and was asked to send in examples of my training development (without me present), I refused as this is very unprofessional and some of the training is proprietary. So I never got the F2F interview, wouldn't work here now after this interview process anyway, Director of Sales is not a guy I would want to work for.
