Ultimately, it was not a positive experience. Recruiting struggled to get back to me and sometimes took several follow-ups from me to get something scheduled. They had set the expectations on their end, and then they failed to meet them. Additionally, the interviews were not conversational. They were more so question/answer without flow or pattern. The appearance this gave was that they wanted to see if your answer fit their box rather than understand how you think and solve problems. Overall, it was a disappointing experience for what had initially seemed like an interesting well run company.
