Very friendly panel interview with hiring manager and hr people. Questions were based on your past experience and how did you handle difficult situations. They are actually trying to see your behavior based on past experiences

Tell us about the experience you had dealing with difficult client and how did you resolve it
It was very bad. The interviewer was nice though. But the questions were difficult and I struggled throughout. They mostly asked general questions about the banking industry and systems.
They also asked scenario questions and tested how I would handle such scenarios

After interview they get back to you within two weeks regarding feedback
The interview was faor but I didn't get the job.They needed someone with experience of which I didn't have but the panel was very friendly towards me.If I would be given another chance to have an interview with them I will gladly grab it with my two hands.
