I applied online and got an e-mail stating that I was proceeding to the next phase of recruitment. I was asked to fill in a form and record a video. After investing quite some time in the process, I did not get any feedback whatsoever. I followed-up via e-mail to receive some kind of feedback but I did not even get a reply, which I think is quite unprofessional.

I first received the request to record a self introduction and experience. Therefore a short interview with the Director. The atmosphere is quite friendly, relaxed and not too stressed or formal. The questions are all about the previous experience. I am quite lucky that this position needs to be filled immediately, so the process took shorter than I expected.
