One of the most bizarre interview processes I've ever been involved in. It started off with an internal recruiter call. This was fine, in fact, Luke was very easy to get on with. I'd highly rate this stage and give good feedback to him. The second stage; technical, was baffling. I was put on a call with a bloke that had zero interest in my experience and no measurable people skills. The technical test started in Python, even though I made it clear my preference was C#. I then had a weird comment that it was on "your CV and if you can't do it maybe there's a problem there." It literally isn't even on my CV. You are the problem. The technical test itself was a pointless FAANG style exercise that you're never going to have a reason to use on the job, ever. An interview is a window into a company's culture, I left understanding the culture is nonexistent.
