HR first reached out to me to schedule a phone interview. The interview went well, however, this is where things got frustrating. I had to email a few times requesting a follow-up. Once HR finally responded, they had requested a face-to-face interview. HR said they would send me a Zoom invite but nothing was sent. I reached out to HR the day before the scheduled meeting and I only received the invite 30 mins before it was scheduled to start. They seemed very unorganized and scattered. After the face-to-face interview, which I believe went well, I asked when I would hear back from them and they replied I would hear from them within 1 week either way. It has now been 1 1/2 months and I haven't heard a thing from them. Unfortunately, this isn't an uncommon story but it is always very unprofessional to just leave someone in the dark. I have since found a much better, higher paying, job so it has worked out for the best for me.
