Overall the interview process was easy and swift. Once it was time for the offer however this is where it got tricky. My initial salary was disregarded and then when considering the lower salary I felt like I had to beg for information vs. the organization giving me all items to help me make an informed decision on this next step in my career. The end of the interview was a major red flag which led me to declining my offer.
