It was pretty informal for the informational interview. The interview with higher management was good, but they asked tough questions. Probably wanted to see how I could think on my feet and form an answer to a difficult question.

Written test, case presentation and oral interview were delivered. the written test includes technical concepts about M&E, statistics and excel formulas and functions. a case related to the project at hand was given and i prepared presentation and delivered the presentation during the interview.
