Entrevista
Interview process is more easy than find the location of company. i apply through online and i got shortlisted and i visit their website abweb.in which mention in mail response. website is attractive but environment and infrastructure is worst than cheap cyber cafe or video game parlor. Developer , Tester (if they have tester) , HR or receptionist and all type of employee work in a single shared hall with sit on plastic chair , stick paper on window instead of curtain for avoid sun light on face, no ventilation. i seen that one of lady employee's child playing in that single shared hall. How ridiculous !!!
