Entrevista
The recruiters and hiring managers were professional, friendly, and clear about expectations. Communication was smooth. The questions were relevant to the role, focusing on customer relationship management, communication skills, and problem-solving, which gave me a good sense of what the position requires.
But the process was too long, with multiple rounds spread out over several weeks. At times, the scheduling felt slow and the feedback between stages could have been quicker.

The communication during interview was clear and timely, and the interviewers were professional and friendly.
What stood out to me was the high commission structure—definitely appealing for anyone driven by results. They also offer flexible working arrangements, which is a big plus for work-life balance.
Another great perk is the opportunity to travel abroad to meet clients. It adds an exciting element to the job and offers a chance for personal and professional growth.
