Entrevista
I was called for an interview for a post in their newly formed Corporate communication dept. Initially a person from the HR asked about my skill set, family background, experience, salary expectation and so on. Then I was handed over a kind of test paper - designed to test my problem solving and brainstorming skills. The question was what I would do to contribute to solve the internal communication problem described in the paper.
This was followed up by an interview session with the HOD, who quizzed me according to the responses in the paper.
