First round is a HR round. Then They ask to complete an assignment. Second round is a tech round. They ask you basic stuff and if they feel you have been following more structured flow in your current work place they don’t go forward with you as they mentioned they dont have any structure at all. Also As they explained they started to integrate a lot of tools and features in their project and they don’t complete anything but they start something new. So messy project with immature people. Both tech lead and senior engineers are not that matured as they explained they are in charge of the project and nothing new to learn if you join as a senior and they want to work in a messy incomplete project that they expect you to do everything. Salary is very Low don’t expect average salary. As I understand they find someone to do everything for very Low salary and interview felt like an integration. Everything they asked taken into account and as an engineer works at a reputed company felt like wasting time applying and doing a home based assignment.
