Was contacted by a third party recruiter. Got a phone interview with a corp dev director there. The phone screening was very straight to the point of why I want the job and how I can help their team.
A zoom interview with an associate, then additional team member interviews online, followed by short in-person interviews with the entire team. It was a quick process that took place all in a month.
Average interview, why firm, multiple brainteasers. The biggest thing they look for is a hardworking mentality and a love for software. Was less heavy on the technicals than i had expected.
