I applied online. Within one day I was asked in for an initial interview with the CEO. I was told to read the website thoroughly before the meeting. I was a bit insulted that the CEO didn't bother to read my resume before we sat down and had no idea how much experience I have. I asked her to please read my resume that was in front of her. The interview went smoothly and she told me I would need to shadow another employee and to pick a day that worked best. She said it would be within a 45 mile radius of Franklin MI. This was expected without hire or pay to see how I worked out. She said if I am chosen to be hired I would get a call between 3 - 4 that day. I did not get a call.

Interview process took one week, first interview was at the office with an executive. The second interview was a job shadow opportunity where salary and growth opportunities were discussed. Finally, I had a phone interview where I answered a few standard interview questions before being offered the position the next day.
