From my first interaction with Jennifer Grossi at Acceleration Partners I knew that this was a company I wanted to be a part of. She was so friendly, honest, and helpful. We seemed to hit it off right away. After interviewing with her, I was really looking forward to meeting the rest of my interviewers, who were all just as friendly and great to talk too. The process itself was a bit more thorough than I'm used too. I had a phone interview, a homework assignment, a Skype video interview, and the last interview was a face to face over lunch. Even though there were multiple steps than I've dealt with before, it seemed to be a smooth experience overall. Jennifer Grossi was my contact throughout and she was very prompt in communication back to me to let me know I would advance to each round. Interviewing is never easy, but the team at Acceleration Partners made me comfortable and were great to get to know.

The interview process was tedious & thorough, but the AP team was open with their communication letting me know where I stood during the interview process each step of the way. I would advise anyone going through the process to be patient since the process can be long.
