The interview process was very straightforward and was clearly laid out in the first HR call. The first call with the HR was to get to know the candidate(me) and to brief out AP's ways of working. The second round was an assignment related to daily the job tasks for the position, followed by an interview with a Senior Manager to test our interest for the role with some behavioural questions, then a presentation round with a Global Account Director. The last call as with the VP of the department to solidify their decision. It was definitely one of the most smooth sailing and enjoyable interview process. The feedback and communication from the HR about the next rounds was very quick and prompt. All the people taking the interview were so kind and understanding of the situation. It definitely made me want to be a part of the team even more.

I enjoyed the interview process with AP, everyone I came across was welcoming and encouraging which I appreciated. Despite being quite a lengthy process it was useful for myself to get to know the company and role better to understand if it was the right fit for me.
