Entrevista
I applied online and had a video call with the team lead, which was a smooth and friendly conversation. For the second part, I was asked to do a technical interview, where I was given a case and some questions about a project. The process was fine and professional. Then, I was invited to a final interview with a team member and the CEO, where we mostly got to know each other. Everything seemed to be going well, and I felt positive about the experience.
However, I was disappointed to be ghosted for two months after that. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I only received a rejection without any explanation. After going through three interviews and putting in significant time and effort, I believe it’s fair to expect some feedback. Candidates deserve better treatment and communication throughout the process.

Entrevista
The interview process was fast. It took not many weeks from start to finish. Was done through a recruiter. However not very good communication between the recruiter and the company.

Entrevista
1st interview was a standard HR interview. 2nd interview was a more technical interview about a case. No technical concepts were discussed, only how to approach this case. After the 2nd interview I submitted my salary requirement and was ghosted for 2 months before being given a rejection.
