Was contacted by an in-house recruiter to set up a preliminary interview. After friendly communication via email, a date and time was confirmed. I called in on the agreed upon date and time. Waited 30 minutes. Accelevation's in-house recruiter never showed up. I sent an email to inquire about rescheduling. No response. Ghosted. Even an email saying they decided to go in another direction would have been more professional. If ghosting a candidate that a company's representative reached out to is acceptable and is indicative of Accelevation's culture, it doesn't seem like a place one would feel valued or respected.
