HR contacted me regarding a C++ job opportunity at the Pune location. I was asked to take an online aptitude test, and after completing it, I attended a one-hour technical round conducted virtually over Microsoft Teams. A senior engineer led the interview and asked all the questions, while a junior engineer observed the process. The focus was mainly on algorithms, data structures, and implementing a problem in C++. After that, there was an HR round—first over the phone and then virtually. Following this, they requested my documents, including pay slips and other relevant paperwork. Then came a week of complete silence. When I called the HR Person for an update, something unexpected happened: I was informed that they were currently looking for a project in order to hire me, and as of now, they didn’t have one available. The HR representative went a few steps further and made me regret reaching out to them.

Process was really good. First aptitude then two technical and then managerial round. Interviewer and HR are good communicators. Also they offer competitive salary. So overall interview experience is good.

There are overall 4 rounds 1)Written Technical 2)Technical round 3)Mangerial round 4)Hr round. Though they say it will be completed in 4-5 hours whole process takes your complete day. Time gap between two rounds were too much I started first round around 10:30 and completed with last round 6:15
