There are three interviews. You meet with an initial person, whose role I never figured out. Then you meet with a guy who does an Indian accent whose accent you're supposed to correct. You are not able to correct this accent. Then you have a third interview.

The interview process was very smooth and professional. Even though it was a bit intimidating to go through several interviews, everyone was positive and encouraging. It truly gave me a feel for the work environment and expectations, so I know it's a fitting position for me. The first interview helped set the expectations. The second helped me to understand what I need to know and how to approach the position. The final interview was more of an HR centered interview. None of them had the more common pointless questions that many offices ask you for. Everything was very straightforward. In conclusion, it was a challenging but respectful and rewarding process.
