The interview with the Talent Acquisition partner and the Team Lead was a positive and professional experience. In contrast, my interaction with the hiring manager left a less favorable impression. From the outset, I sensed a potential mismatch in working styles. They came across as confrontational and overly hands-on, frequently challenging my responses and interrupting me while I was speaking. She also appeared visibly flustered, which suggested difficulty maintaining composure during the conversation. As these traits did not align with the leadership environment I am seeking, I chose to withdraw my candidacy shortly after the call.
