I recently interviewed for a role at Accenture and was honestly impressed by the candidate experience. From the start, the recruiter was incredibly professional and kept me in the loop, which you don't always get at firms this size. The interview with the manager felt more like a conversation than an interrogation; they focused heavily on my previous work experience and how my specific background would fit into the team culture. Following the interviews, there were a few assessments to complete. They were definitely challenging but fair, and they seemed well-aligned with the actual requirements of the job. Overall, a very positive and human experience.
