First step is ton complete an online test (logical and mathematical) with a timer (you have less time than necessary to aswer everything, it is a "stress test")
If you succeed, you get a first interview with the HR (one vs. one type)
I had another interview (because I was going abroad I think) using Skype with the team of the country, this interview is more to know what you want to do and what your skills are more precisely.
