Interview process started right from the basic telephonic round. Then i was called for face-to-face technical round. Once this got cleared, had a word with the Manager and then HR discussion

It was a two round process where 1st round involved technical question and 2nd round mostly managerial round where they test your ability to manage the project and how you handle the situtation
