Entrevista
Three rounds of interviews.
1st: 25 minute behavioral, no hard questions, theyre just looking to screen you and make sure you've done your homework on Accenture.
2nd: Longer behavioral interview, be prepared to talk about your resume and have questions.
3rd: on site interview with a presentation by consultants and analysts and then 2 back to back 45 minute interviews.
Still waiting for response on an offer, wait period is 1 to 4 weeks

The recruiter reached out to me to check if im interested to apply.
After initial contact it took a follow up to get a first round. I was immediately pushed to the next round which went ok in my opinion.
But after that its been more than a couple of weeks and I havent even heard back from them despite following up once.
This is a very poor interview process if the recruiter cant even send an automated rejection email.

I cried after my interview. The recruiter ended the interview with telling me that I did everything wrong, that I answered every question wrong, and that everything on my resume was useless. He had 0 words of kindness, and was not at all encouraging to me.
