Ich bin über ein Referral eines Kollegin in den Prozess eingestiegen. Ich wurde per E-Mail mit Terminvorschlägen zu einem persönlichen Gespräch eingeladen. Das Gespräch hat ein Managing Director mit mir geführt. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm. Von der anfänglichen Nervosität habe ich nach wenigen Minuten nichts mehr gemerkt. Das Gespräch ging sogar länger als ursprünglich geplant im positiven Sinne.

It was good, as i felt they responded to every query of mine and were supportive during the intreview porcess. The recruiting team was very prompt and guided me at every stage.
The interview process consists of three structured rounds: beginning with an initial hiring manager screening, progressing to a detailed evaluation with the Senior Manager or MD, and concluding with a final, mandatory in-person MD interview.
