Entrevista
The interviews moved at a glacial pace. I had to follow up atleast two times before someone got back to me. The reason they gave was "as we have a large pool of highly qualified candidates".
The HR screening was standard and then I had a situation based 1:1. The interviewer was quite good and was very responsive. it was more of a discussion than interview. actually enjoyed it and was looking forward to the skills based 1:1
Then came the nightmare. As I was interviewing for a Data Science MC role, I was supposed to be interviewed on my AI/ML and DSc skills. First of all, the interviewer was RUDE. No introductions, no small talk for 30 secs. He actually said "I have been asked to interview you on your Software skills and statistics skills and here it is" I was taken aback as I am not a software engineer but he never gave a chance to ask a question.
The funniest part was when he asked questions in Statistics. First he asked a question on probability and kept switching between a coin being flipped twice, and two coins being flipped. When I asked for a clarification, he laughed condescendingly and said "lets move on". Then he asked to give an example of ML techniques I ve used and I picked a classification problem. He kept saying NO and reiterating what ever I said but used linear regression instead of logistic regression. As a Data Scientist I had to correct that, and he practically lost it. He went on a rant on how he has 20 years experience (Data Sciences is a rather new area, so I am assuming he was into software development, coz he kept going back to it) and Program managers in ACN should be technically highly skilled (I was being interviewed for a managing consultant position). Anyways, after a self boosting egoistic rant, he suddenly became polite and said "This is the end of the interview" and hung up.
If it wasnt for the thickest accents and un-understandable English, I would have thought this was a failed interview by some AI technology in beta testing.
Well, good for me, even before the regret letter for not proceeding with me came after 3 weeks, I had already started my MC role at IBM GBS.
I have friends at ACN and they are not like this. But my experience definitely left a bitter taste for me.

I applied for managing consultant (Japanese) position and after that got a call from recruiter that you will receive call further interview however I didn't get any call for interview I directly received call to submit the documents so I was very honest with HR I informed her that I didn't take any interview yet so she replied ok I will confirm with your recruiter after that I check mail which I received from HR of Accenture and checked my candidate portal so it was also showing green mark on interview option and next morning I received email that your are not selected and that portal showing you can't apply till 6 months. When I didn't give any interview so how can they block me till 6 months. I tried to call my recruiter for this issue she is not picking my call as well because she made mistake. Worst experience ever.

Super day involved a networking event night before. Day of: 75 min with a specific employee, pitch a possible commercial use for a particular technology plus behavioral questions. A few straight-forward case questions (no math). Virtual reality portion - brand new.
Online testing, invite to a face to face interview with 3 managers. It was a great opportunity to "wow" the hiring managers and the questions varied from prior experience to understanding of the company's opening.
