Sent in resume, shortlisted for some online test and then video interview! The video interview is abit long and the questions were rather unexpected - dont expect them to ask anything about their company. Questions were more of like how you will handle different situations

Once they liked my CV and coverletter I had to do some analytical test, containing various forms and shapes and questions that I hade to solve within some limited time. I got 60-70% correct and didnt think they would contact me. But they did! And i was called for a assesment day in main city if stockholm. The day was divided by three segments: first off was a basic interview with a employee , in the second segment tthere was a problem solving task that I had to present and also a minor wierd guesstimate and in last segment there were some more problem solving questions based on my CV and experience

I applied online. Thereafter, I was invited to participate in an online interview (through Hirevue), where questions are asked and you need to answer them in a set amount of time. These were all discussion type questions, some could be typed out where others needed a direct response. A case study was also given in this round, which required me to write a one page answer of my suggestions to the situation posed in the case study. This was a great part of the process as I feel my skills could be tested rather than me just stating my abilities. After this round I was shortlisted to a 1 on 1 interview with an HR personnel member. I have been told that the next round will be a panel interview.
