Ich hatte insgesamt 3 online Interviews. Alle drei waren sehr persönlich und angenehm, da der Fokus vor allem darauf lag, mich als Teammitglied, meine Erfahrung und Motivation zu verstehen. Es gab keine unangenehmen Testfragen, die einen in eine Schublade stecken sollten oder eine bestimmte Agenda durchgegangen.
Am Ende des letzten Interviews gab es eine Case Study, die auch sehr angenehm war. Hier wurde hauptsächlich auf das Vorgehen geachtet. Mein Ergebnis war nicht 100% richtig und der Interviewpartner hat dann als Ergänzung noch seine Erfahrung mitgeteilt und mir die Losung erklärt.
Ich bin sehr froh, jetzt Teil des Teams zu sein und mir wurde definitiv nichts falsches versprochen!

It was good, as i felt they responded to every query of mine and were supportive during the intreview porcess. The recruiting team was very prompt and guided me at every stage.
The interview process consists of three structured rounds: beginning with an initial hiring manager screening, progressing to a detailed evaluation with the Senior Manager or MD, and concluding with a final, mandatory in-person MD interview.
