If short listed you will have a phone screening about motivation, experience, why Accenture? etc. If successful, invited to an assessment centre involving solving a case study with other candidates and presenting. If successful, final interview with the director of your stream.

-I applied online in December 2020 -I was invited for an online Assessment in late March 2021 -I was invited for the Virtual Assessment Centre in April 2021 -I received my offer 15 days after the Assessment Centre Overall, the interview process was challenging yet smooth and user friendly. What's more, the people within the Assessment centre were extremely lovely to talk to, especially my interviewer who I spoke to about my Tech Showcase. A pleasant experience in which the recruiters made a very daunting day a lot easier. I also really appreciated how transparent they were with their communication.
