Entrevista
Following on line assessment, you will be invited to an assessment day. Assessment day was virtual and was about 2-3 hours long. The virtual assessment includes a section where you are asked to a few open ended questions based on a topic you prepared - they give you options about a week or two before the assessment day. After the assessment day, and based on the track youve chosen, you will then be invited to a case study which is one on one with the assessor

Assessment was virtual. Was paired with another candidate for a section of the interview where we had to listen in on a conversations then discuss it together and relay a summary to the assessor who is listening in on your discussion. The other candidate was quite extroverted and I had a hard time getting a word in. Assessment included other activities such as reading and compiling emails, and a brief interview based on the track you've chosen.

Good and user friendly. Easy and clear timeliness Provided by the HR. I did not face any challenges during the interview. Even their interview app is easy to use with good connectivity.
