There was a 3 step interview process. 1-phone interview with HR representative. 2-phone interview with manager. 3-in person interview with 3 people. Those 3 would be Manager (that you will be working under), Senior Manager (Manager's direct supervisor), and peer (someone on the level that you will be hired at).
