Resume shortlist First round- Technical 40 mts Second round . Im an international student with 6 years experience.They asked me to attend final round at hyd office and i need to come all the way to face an arrogant interviewer. Hate to see his face. They mentioned ill have client round in final accenture round but again sent email im not matching with requirement. The interviewer asking questions irrelevant to skillset and i answered all the questions and he asked for my joing process. And they sent mail within 5 days my profile not suitable for the requirement they look for. I kindly request dont panic candidates , give them oppurtunity to fit into the role and dont interview for timepass . Time is very valuable.
