There were three interviews in total. The first one, an hour long, was with a team manager from one department. The second, also an hour, was with a team manager from another team that seemed like a better fit for me. The final interview lasted 30 minutes and was the toughest — the interviewer played the ‘bad cop’ role. It took place after the second round and was with the hiring manager.

The recruiter reached out to me to check if im interested to apply. After initial contact it took a follow up to get a first round. I was immediately pushed to the next round which went ok in my opinion. But after that its been more than a couple of weeks and I havent even heard back from them despite following up once. This is a very poor interview process if the recruiter cant even send an automated rejection email.
