First they had Phone Interview where they asked basic question. And in second step they asked to come for assessment and in person interview with group discussion & one to one interview sessions.

Started with a self intro ,then group discussion, situation analysis and role play. They asked me to speak as if i am calling a customer. A manager will be there and we need to do this in a closed room with her.
