Interviewed with the recruiter Jul 30th. Was told I was going to go through the next step with the hiring manager, and was going to be provided with an update by EOD on 7 Aug. I never heard back. I sent 2 further follow up emails with no response. Much like a lot of other people have expressed here, the recruitment team goes ghost for weeks at time or doesn't respond at all. I wouldn't waste your time. Lack of response is a huge red flag about the companies and teams organizational abilities.
