The interview process was fairly long in comparison to other firms in the same industry. It began with a phone screening, followed by a 3 hour onsite interview where I met with 12 different people of the firm. The next step was meeting the CEO and COO before they notified me on their final decision. They really focus heavily on making sure you'd be a right fit for the company.
