Yes, it is true that we have a technical assessment task that we ask candidates to perform in order to display their abilities and ensure they are a good fit with our organisation. I take onboard that this task takes some time to complete but should not take a full week to complete - usually 4-6 hours would have been suffice and we have since reduced the size of our task to a newer version of the test. I am pleased to say that this process has allowed us to double the size of our development team in recent months and the business and development team continue to grow in an exciting fashion.
