Entrevista
The interview process is quite extensive. Upon showing your interest in the role, (and if they are interested in you), you are then administered an aptitude test that covers cognitive skills and pattern recognition as well has critical thinking skills and behavioral traits. If you pass the test, you are then asked for an in-house interview which requires you to take a smaller version of the same aptitude test (to ensure authenticity), and a round of interviews. In my particular case I had to go through 3 interivews with future supervisors and VP's of the department, as well as an additoinal fourth interview with the HR department (discussing benefits, etc). Everyone that I encountered/interviewed with was very kind and respectful throughout the process.

I was asked a myriad of Behavioral Questions regarding my previous work history. The most difficult question asked me to name a time where I saw a problem with everyday workflow and improved upon it to increase efficiency.

Entrevista
Initial phone screening, followed by a request to complete some personality/logic test.
Once you pass that you're then ferried along to hiring again where they send you to a manager for a phone interview, if you pass that, you're sent to another phone interview. If all is well, you come in, take the test again and interview with at least 2 others.
